The Moral March on Raleigh & HKonJ People’s Assembly is less than 6 weeks away and it is time to get mobilized. Martin Luther King Day weekend is one of the best opportunities to recruit people in your community to join you at the Moral March. King Day is not only a commemoration and celebration, it is a call to action.

If the faith center you attend is holding a King Day service on the weekend before January 16th, this is a perfect opportunity to announce the Moral March on Raleigh and pass around a sign-up sheet.

Click here to download a sign-up sheet to pass around your congregation during the announcement.

If your faith center is coordinating transportation to the Moral March, you can use the sign-up sheet to follow-up with people who would like to attend. If not, you can scan the sheet to or fax it to (919) 682-4711 and we will provide them with information about transportation opportunities in their area.

For King Day events that are not connected to faith centers, you can download the adapted Moral March announcement.

As Dr. King taught us, there comes a time when silence is betrayal and now is the time to speak up and make our voices heard in the streets of Raleigh.
Forward Together!
